Insight:
You don’t need motivation to start — starting creates momentum.
As I work on my MBA, run a business, and work full-time, I’ve learned this firsthand. Some days, I don’t feel like doing anything, but when I just set a timer and start, everything shifts.
Waiting for the “right time” often means nothing gets done. Lower the bar. Start small.
Action:
Pick one small win and complete it today (in 15 minutes or less).
Here are a few ideas:
Take a 10-minute walk
Stretch for 5 minutes
Swap juice for coconut water
Watch 10 minutes of that course you signed up for
Journal 3 things you’re grateful for
You don’t need to do it all. Just do one.
