As always, you’ll get one Insight, one Action, and one Tool to help you make consistent progress — without the overwhelm.

Success Snapshot #2: Simplicity Wins – Build Your 3-Step Plan

Helping you stay consistent, focused, and burnout-free.

Insight:
Big goals don’t require big actions — they require clear and simple ones.
Most people get stuck because they try to do too much at once. But when you focus on just your Next 3 Moves, you create momentum without the pressure.

Action:
Take the goal you set last time and choose three tiny action steps you can take toward it this week. Each step should be so small it feels almost effortless.

Example:

  • Step 1: Open a new document titled “Project Ideas.”

  • Step 2: Write one sentence or bullet point about the project.

  • Step 3: Schedule 5 minutes on your calendar to think about it.

You can always do more once you get started. But the key is to keep it light and doable.

Tool:
This is called the Next 3 Moves method. It’s a simple approach you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed:

  1. Break your big goal into 3 tiny, doable steps.

  2. Focus on one step at a time — daily or weekly.

  3. Celebrate progress, no matter how small.

This method is inspired by Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg, who teaches that lasting change comes from starting small. When a task feels easy, it becomes repeatable — and that’s how momentum builds.

I hope this helps you build momentum and take consistent action without feeling overwhelmed. Keep it small, keep it simple, and keep going!
